		<description>It depends on the reason why you had it. Have you had some heavy lifting or activities the previous day? Intercourse could also cause some spotting some times. If it doesn&#039;t seem to continue, then you should be fine but if you feel like something doesn&#039;t seem right, definitely have it checked by your doctor.</description>
